What kind of repairs does your handyman service cover?+
General repairs — drywall patching, door and cabinet adjustments, minor plumbing and electrical fixes, deck repairs, fence work, and the accumulated small-project list every homeowner has. If a job requires a licensed electrician or plumber for code-required work, we bring in our licensed trade partners rather than doing it ourselves.
How do you price handyman jobs — hourly or by project?+
Most jobs are quoted as a flat project price after we understand the full scope, so you know the cost before we start. For genuinely open-ended punch lists, we sometimes work hourly with a not-to-exceed cap so there are no surprises.
Can you fix things other contractors said weren't worth their time?+
Yes — this is a meaningful part of what we do. A lot of contractors won't take small jobs because they're not profitable at their scale. We built Home Services specifically to handle the list that's too small for a full remodel but still needs to get done right.
Do you offer same-day or emergency repair service?+
For genuine emergencies — active water leaks, safety hazards — call us directly and we'll do what we can to respond same-day. Standard handyman requests are typically scheduled within 1–2 weeks.
